Walk a Mile in My Shoes

Would you walk a mile in these shoes? Or maybe I should ask, could you walk a mile in these shoes? Honduran stores and markets sell wildly expensive shoes of the poorest quality. Most parents buy used shoes from overpriced resellers. Some of our children have no shoes. Without shoes, one cannot attend school. On a brighter note, the last picture features shelving for most of our library books. I still have another box or two to put on the bookcase.

I am thankful for The Vineyard Church of New Orleans who are collecting children's shoes for the children of Honduras. You can participate by making a donation to PayPal on the sidebar.
